Details of public Memorial on their way

I wanted to assure all of you who were so invested in the search for Nancy that a public Memorial service is planned imminently. Details will be released a bit later today, if I don't get a chance to blast an email, please check back here. They will also be released to the media, but I may have more specific information.

I know many of the volunteers are disappointed not to be part of the vigil tonight. Your efforts on behalf of Nancy and the family are not at all forgotten...and we all look forward to seeing you at the Memorial. I met so many amazing people on Saturday and Sunday.

Saw your story being told this am on television. So sorry for you sudden and untimely loss. I'll check back later for the link mentioned in the interview, in regard to a fund for the kids.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and yours. God bless.

It must be a terrible thing to deal with. Good for you for paying such a touching tribute to your cherished friend. God bless the children.

Saw Nancy's sister on the Today Show just a moment ago.
Nancy seems like she was a beautiful, fun loving women and a caring mother.
I know I can't even begin to understand your pain (but God does). Sounds like you are doing wonderful with all the children involved, Nancy's and yours. I said a prayer for your family today.
Again, I am so very sorry for your loss.

My deepest sympathy to the entire family and friends of Nancy.

I am also very thankful that the children are safe and with their grandparents and aunt.

This will all come to an end real soon as I feel it deep in my heart.

I never had the pleasure of knowing Nancy, but it's clear she made a positive impact everywhere she went. My heart goes out to everyone involved - family and friends. I personally lost a sister to murder in 1981 and I truly understand the pain you all feel. Hold her memories close and never let them go...
